This conference brings together distinguished LGBTQ+ leaders who will address topics regarding leadership, professional development, community building, and career advancement. I started my career at Toyota Motor Manufacturing in 2010 as a Production Team Member. In 2013 I was promoted to Production Team Leader and 2017 promoted to Production Group Leader. In my current job role, I oversee Special Projects for my department which consist of all things new model and planning for changes 1-5 year ahead of current model.
In my career here at Toyota I have also been involved with multiple BPGs, they have helped me lead with care and concern for all and have really given me a passion for what I do not only in my normal job role but also while supporting BPG activites. This year I was given the opportunity to be the Chair of our Spectrum LGBTQ+ Chapter here in Texas. My goal while leading in this position is to ensure diversity and inclusion in the workplace amongst our LGBTQ+ community.
Outside of work, I am happily married and have 3 children. I have twin 7 year old girls (Brianna and Gwen), a 6 year old son (Korbin) and just recently became a dog mom to our 11 month old American Stafford Terrier (Lola). I am very family oriented and love doing everything and anything with my tribe.
